Our Story
In 2018, driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, Rafael Stark laid the foundation for Stark Bank. A visionary endeavor; a corporate bank built upon cutting-edge financial technology and designed exclusively for the most discerning companies.

Stark Bank is a financial institution regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil. We exist to meet the needs of startups and medium to large companies across diverse industries.

Our Principles
1. Delight customers
If our customers love us, our odds at success increase dramatically. Always think about what is best for our clients and focus on trying to delight them in every way possible.

Seek negative feedback on every quarter, from clients and non-clients. Negative feedbacks are essential to evolve fast.

They may take decisions that could be controversial or non-intuitive which you may not agree with, but they have a good sense and instinct. Search for different points of view and be willing to let go of your beliefs. You can always present your arguments and point of views but once the decision is made, you should commit.

Assume, in principle, that you are wrong and that your objective is to be less wrong. Be humble and curious. Make questions and get rid of wrong hypotheses.
6. Increase efficiency
Understand the value flow and help increase it. Seek perfection and make continuous improvements to be more efficient.
7. Consistency and persistency
Deliver continuously with pace. It's a long journey, never give up even in the hardest moments. Hardships bring large opportunities.
8. Always be hustlin’
Do more, work longer, harder and smarter, not only two out of three times. Be curious, responsible and continuously learn. It's about your own growth, and in turn, it will make you a better team member.
